The Logistics Services was offered to Lukoil in full cooperation beween Kufan Group (BLC) and Instar logistics. Instar was responsible of the frieght forwarding, custom clearance at Um Qasr port, and documentation and certification. Kufan Group/BLC was responsible of the Transportation, Storage, and Asset Handeling.
