A fast track project (work was around the clock on three shifts) to accommodate 27 VIP and there security personnel in 180 days. Work included Design, Supply, Construction & Facility Management to include the following :-

• Construction of 2 Accommodation Quarters (27 VIP Suits & 12 Double Bed  Rooms)
• Office Complex, Recreation Area, Clinic, Large Kitchen & Dining Facility
• Landscape, Parking Lot and Entry Control
• Power Generation (Total 3 Generator Sets of various power rates)
• Telecom and VIOP network
