In early 2012, kufan have invested in three large workshops inside Basra Logistics City (Um Qasr) to be our own main fabrication yard. In mid 2015, Kufan have expanded its investment into the Light Gauge Galvanized Steel Technology, Using FrameCad Computerized Machine. This technology is a key factor in achieving success in meeting the fast track schedule of Construction while maintaining highest standards of durability, Versatility & Quality.

The Workshop & Fabrication Yard is fully equipped with many tools and machineries, including a pressure test bay for all types of XO’s & Vessels. Besides a well equipped Electrical and Mechanical Workshop (Including Welding Work)
The Workshop specializes in four different products & Services :-

  1. LGS (Light Gauge Steel) Pre-Fabricated Units (Offices, Accommodation, Shelters, ..etc)
  2. Flat-Pack Units & Containerized Mobile Units
  3. Piping, Modules and Skids
  4. Fuel Storage Tanks (Skid Mounted)
  5. Mechanical Repairs and Third Party Inspection (NDT)
  6. Electrical (Generator Sets) Repairs & Services
